Terms of Use

Kagzy: Document Scanner & PDF · by Workaholic Developers · effective 11 October 2026

By using Kagzy you agree to these terms.

The app

Kagzy is provided free of charge, as is, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make scans, text recognition, compression and encryption reliable, but we can't guarantee that every page is read perfectly or that a compressed or password-protected file will be accepted by every website or reader. Check important documents before you rely on them.

Your documents

Your documents are yours and stay on your phone. You are responsible for keeping copies of anything important (for example in your phone's backup) and for remembering passwords you set on PDFs: Kagzy does not keep them and can't recover them.

Use it lawfully

Only scan, sign or share documents you have the right to use. Don't use Kagzy to forge documents or signatures, or to copy material in breach of someone else's rights.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Workaholic Developers is not liable for any loss arising from the use of Kagzy, including lost data or rejected submissions.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page.
